You can speak candidly with Pitchy. Whether you are a podcaster, a speaker, or someone representing a speaker, what you tell Pitchy in private stays private. Pitchy will never copy, quote, forward, or reveal your private conversation to another user without your permission. That includes sensitive background, unpublished plans, preferences, and candid feedback about someone else.

Pitchy works with people on both sides of an introduction. We may use what you tell us to make better decisions about whom to approach, what to avoid, and whether a match makes sense. Your private information is never material for another user to read or receive. If sharing a particular detail would help make a pitch or introduction, we will ask for permission before sharing it unless you have already given us that detail for that purpose.

What we handle and why

We handle information you send us, including contact details, professional background, preferences, messages, attachments, and feedback. We may also research publicly available information. We use this information to communicate with you, assess opportunities, arrange introductions and bookings, maintain our records, and improve the relevance of Pitchy’s work. Pitchy uses AI to assist with these activities.

Who can process your information

The services that run Pitchy—including email, AI processing, hosting, and storage providers—may process information on our behalf so Pitchy can work. Authorized people working on Pitchy may also access information when needed to operate or protect the service. We do not sell private conversations or give other Pitchy users access to them. We may disclose information when required by law.

Storage and your choices

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect it, although no online service can promise absolute security.
